It has changed so much since we moved here.
My boss loaned us her cultivator. We have a kick ass tiller that we need to get repaired, but this will have to do till we get the other fixed. An afternoon of chipping yard waste and we will be ready to go with the garden.
with some true leaves starting to grow.
All ends of the lilac bush bursting with life. I love that the original owners planted my Spokane reminder. Missing the lilac city!
Not that I love radishes, but love that they grow so fast. A few more nice days and we might have more veggies sprouting up!
We don’t have a tiller, and every year I threaten to get one and just tear up the whole yard, and every year I do not. I am trying to make the garden easy to manage, not to BIG and try and maintain some good soil. This is the right side, with broccoli, cabbage, cauliflour and a stray melon plant growing from last year
I bought 6 broccoli plants.
Only 1 squash seed grew.
This is the left side, with cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers, if they every come up.
I will assume you know what a patch of dirt without pepper plants growing looks like 🙂
