Coop building part 3

We had a busy week and we were not able to work on the coop much this week, with after school goings on and some after hours work stuff. Oh and it was pretty warm. Our friend Brent Wills from Bramble Hollow Farm was kind enough to offer to help us finish the coop. When he got here we had a bottom frame, two sides attached and two sides pre cut. Brent helped us turn 100 buck worth of wood into a coop.

We still need to work on the interior, which should get done this weekend, throw some paint on it and put the birds in. When we were thanking Brent it didn’t seem enough. Having him over, showing us how to do this right, gives us confidence that we can build a coop, or a compost bin, or what ever else we need on this property.
